We spent a couple of hours in Tlaquepaque, an artisan district about 15 minutes away from downtown Guadalajara.  It's also one of those fun place names to say (TLA-kay-PA-kay). After roaming the streets for a while, we walked to the restaurant where we were meeting for lunch.  Lunch was chicken enchiladas and frijoles, a meal that was most like the Amero-Mexican I'm used to at home.
